In an emergency, do you authorise the Kelmscott Junior Football Club official to arrange any necessary medical treatment for your child where prior notification has not been possible?

You agree to update any information regarding children under your care in TeamApp as soon as you join the app.

You agree to abide with all player, parent/guardian, social media policies and general club rules issued by Kelmscott Junior Football Club. You also agree that any breech of these policies will result in removal of from any social media platform or have ramifications on your membership of the club.

You agree to treat all members of the club and its officials with courtesy and respect. You also agree that you will show only positive support to all players and officials on game days.
